LoadLDN Logistics Ltd t/a Deliver Today · Last updated: June 2026
Payment is required in full prior to collection for all new customers. Established trading account holders will be invoiced on their agreed terms (standard 14 days from date of invoice unless otherwise confirmed in writing).
Failure to settle invoices within agreed terms may result in suspension of the trading account and referral to a debt recovery service. All prices are quoted exclusive of VAT unless stated otherwise.
All quotes are valid for 14 days from the date issued. After this period, prices are subject to change without notice.
Quotes are based on the information provided by the customer at the time of enquiry. Any changes to the scope, route, goods, or requirements may result in a revised quote.
Any applicable Congestion Charge or ULEZ (Ultra Low Emission Zone) charges will be confirmed at the point of booking and added to the final invoice. These charges are set by Transport for London and are outside of our control.
Customers are advised to check applicable zones when requesting a quote. Deliver Today accepts no liability for unanticipated zone charges arising from routes requested by the customer.
30 minutes of waiting time is included free of charge at both collection and delivery points.
Waiting time beyond the free allowance is charged at £25–£35 per hour depending on van size, billed in 30-minute increments. This will be confirmed at the point of booking.
Deliver Today drivers will make every reasonable effort to notify the customer if waiting time is likely to be exceeded.
Each additional stop beyond the originally quoted collection and delivery address is charged at £25–£35 per stop depending on van size. All additional stops must be confirmed and agreed prior to the commencement of the booking.
Requests for additional stops made during transit may be declined at the driver's discretion or charged at a premium rate.
Please advise at the time of booking if the value of the goods exceeds £2,500 or if additional Goods-in-Transit cover is required. Unless declared and agreed in writing prior to collection, consignments will be carried subject to our standard liability limits below.
All deliveries carried out by Deliver Today are covered by goods-in-transit insurance. This cover applies to standard goods transported under normal conditions. Proof of value may be required in the event of a claim.
Liability limit: Deliver Today's liability in respect of any single consignment is limited to £15 per kilogram of gross weight, up to a maximum of £2,500 per consignment, regardless of the actual value of the goods, unless a higher value has been declared and agreed in writing before collection. This limit applies whether liability arises in contract, negligence or otherwise.
Deliver Today accepts no liability beyond these limits. Where the value of a consignment exceeds £2,500, it is the customer's sole responsibility to arrange appropriate additional insurance cover prior to collection.
Deliver Today shall not under any circumstances be liable for indirect or consequential loss, loss of profit, loss of market, loss of a particular opportunity, or any other indirect loss howsoever arising.
Claims must be notified in writing within 7 days of delivery and submitted in full within 28 days. Claims received outside these timeframes will not be accepted.
Cancellations made with more than 1 hour's notice prior to the scheduled collection time will incur no charge.
Cancellations made within 1 hour of the scheduled collection time will incur a cancellation fee of 50% of the agreed booking price.
No-shows at the collection address without prior notice will be charged at the full booking rate.
The customer is solely responsible for providing accurate and complete collection and delivery addresses at the time of booking. Deliver Today accepts no liability for delays or failed deliveries arising from incorrect address information.
Where a driver is required to re-route due to an error in the information provided, additional re-routing charges will apply and will be invoiced accordingly.
Where a delivery attempt is made and access is refused, the premises are unattended, or the delivery cannot be completed due to circumstances outside of Deliver Today's control, a failed delivery charge may be applied to cover driver time and vehicle costs.
The customer will be notified promptly in such circumstances. Re-delivery will be quoted as a new booking.
The customer is responsible for providing an accurate and complete description of all goods to be transported, including weight, dimensions, and any special handling requirements, at the point of booking.
Items that exceed the weight or size stated at the time of booking may incur additional charges. Deliver Today reserves the right to refuse items that cannot be safely transported in the booked vehicle.
Fragile, valuable, or specialist items (including antiques, artwork, electronics, and perishables) must be declared in full at the point of booking. Failure to declare such items may invalidate any insurance claim.
Liability for fragile or high-value items is subject to the limits set out in clause 6 — a maximum of £15 per kg up to £2,500 per consignment. Deliver Today strongly recommends customers arrange additional specialist insurance for any consignment valued above £2,500.
Deliver Today will not be held liable for delays or failures to perform arising from circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to: severe weather, traffic incidents, road closures, industrial action, or other events of force majeure.
Our total liability in connection with any single booking shall not exceed the value of that booking.
Deliver Today reserves the right to sub-contract any booking or part of a booking to a vetted third-party carrier where necessary. All sub-contractors used by Deliver Today are verified through industry-recognised platforms and carry their own appropriate insurance.
The use of a sub-contractor does not affect your rights as a customer. Your contract remains with Deliver Today, and we retain full responsibility for the service provided on your behalf. Sub-contracting will not be used as a basis for avoiding liability under these terms.
Deliver Today will not knowingly transport the following items. Customers must not present such goods for collection:
Deliver Today accepts no liability for loss or damage to prohibited items, and reserves the right to refuse or abandon a booking where prohibited goods are presented without prior disclosure. Any costs incurred as a result will be charged to the customer.
These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
